Mini-Remote 2342-2 and ISY Programs

Hi,

I have a mini-remote (2342-2), and am trying to get it to control a dimmer (2477S), and a socket (2472D). The dimmer currently powers a light, and has the socket configured as a responder as well. The desired end result is two lights turn on) as a scene, which works fine if pushing the dimmer switch.

I would like to have the mini-remote turn on this scene with one button as well. At first I made the remote a controller for the dimmer. This had the effect of turning on only on light that directly attached to the 2477S, but not also the socket.

I then set up a program that said "If status living room dimmer" is on, set living room socket to on. I removed the scene which had the dimmer be a controller for the socket. I then tested that the program works by simply pushing the wall switch (2477S), confirming that the program executed, and seeing both lights turn on.

When I tried turning on the dimmer (2477S) via the mini-remote, it still only turns on the dimmer itself, but not the socket. Basically it looks like the program completely ignores the status of the dimmer when it's activated via a remote. I'm pretty confused at this point - how can I make the program work correctly so that turning pushing the button on the remote result has the desired result? I tried all possible conditions in the program to see if making more generic would help (If switch turned on or switch turned fast on or switch status status = on, and still no dice.

This is, actually, quite simple, requiring no program. You have an ISY scene that includes your dimmer and socket...correct? Simply add to that scene the remotelinc, as controller (only way it lets you, I believe).

Be sure to eliminate the programs you created.
