Posted June 5, 200817 yr I have had a few things not work recently and was trying to trouble shoot from the log. I found a switch that was reporting X10 activity, but shouldn't have been. So I used the set button to factory reset it and then used the ISY to restore that device. And the X10 activity in the log file disappeared. I then started having problems with a nighttime fan program. And in the log file I show where it tried to turn on my keypad and it did not seem to work. This is what the log filed showed. (It doesn't show up very well in the posting) INSTEON Device Control Value Time User Log Type MBR KPL Off/On On 255 Sun 06/01/2008 10:00:01 PM Program Log MBR KPL Off/On Sun 06/01/2008 10:00:05 PM System -2 What do the negative numbers in the log type mean? I have a few of these in my log?
