flush mount door sensor

I have two door sensors, they both work fine but the isy show that it needs up dates, then every time I do updates to another device, it automatically tries to update the sensors, but is says can not communicate with door sensor.

I have the isy99i pro, around 20 devices.

already have new java update.

The door sensor is a battery device. Put it into linking mode, then do the Update.
