michaelG Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 My original 2413 PowerLinc Modem start acting flakey (led on, dim and off) so I decided (after 2 or 3 years) that I needed to replace it. Got the new unit installed and did a restore PLM. I can control everything from the interface, but some programs are not working, and some are. For example, I have a program to turn on a scene at 15 minutes after sunset that doesn't work. But I have a "turn off all lights at midnight" that does work. When I look at the log it says it is all being executed. If I run the "then" manually by right clicking on the program, the sunset scene doesn't work. The only thing that is different is the new 2413S.
LeeG Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 There is a Scene Test function that can be issued for the Scene that does not work. It will show what devices are in the Scene and which devices react to the Scene. Right click on Scene name, select Diagnostics | Scene Test.
michaelG Posted February 2, 2014 Author Posted February 2, 2014 Thanks, I tried that and noticed some "Fails". LeeG Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 The devices that are marked as failures are incorrect. All the devices responded correctly. The incorrect marking as failed is an issue with an older level of ISY. If not on 3.3.10 move to that level. If on 3.3.10 that must be the older ISY level that has this problem. The Scene Test device responses are correct so the link records are correct. Did any of the devices respond when running the Then and is the Then turning devices On or Off?
michaelG Posted February 2, 2014 Author Posted February 2, 2014 I am on 3.3.10. When I saw the failures I took the devices out of the scene and put them back in. Now it seems that when I run the "then" it appears to work. I will try some more testing tonight.
