smokegrub Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 I am in the process of converting from a 2412n controller to an ISY99IR Pro. I deleted a device and did a factory reset on it. Now, as I try to link it with the ISY I get the message "Cannot Determine Device Link Table Address" and the device is not added. How do I resolve this problem?

Have you tried to do a factory reset on the device like this : Gently pull the SET Button at the bottom of the paddle out as far as it will go (about 1/8â€). This “Air Gap†removes all power to SwitchLinc Dimmer. After 10 seconds, push the SET Button all the way down and hold for 3 seconds, then let up. Note that doing a factory reset on one switch will not remove links it has in other devices. You need to UnLink the device from any other linked devices to complete the process.
smokegrub Posted March 13, 2014 Author Posted March 13, 2014 I have done a factory reset several times and attempted to link to the ISY a like number of times without success. There are no known linkages for this device, including cross-links with other devices.
