Cannot Determine Device Link Table Address

I am in the process of converting from a 2412n controller to an ISY99IR Pro. I deleted a device and did a factory reset on it. Now, as I try to link it with the ISY I get the message "Cannot Determine Device Link Table Address" and the device is not added. How do I resolve this problem?

Have you tried to do a factory reset on the device like this :

 

Gently pull the SET Button at the bottom of the paddle out as far as it will go (about 1/8â€). This “Air Gap†removes all power to SwitchLinc Dimmer. After 10 seconds, push the SET Button all the way down and hold for 3 seconds, then let up.

 

Note that doing a factory reset on one switch will not remove links it has in other devices. You need to UnLink the device from any other linked devices to complete the process.

I have done a factory reset several times and attempted to link to the ISY a like number of times without success. There are no known linkages for this device, including cross-links with other devices.

What device are you trying to learn into the ISY? Is it the 2412N? Please some details on the device that is giving you trouble and I will try to help you out.

Problem solved. I powered down the ISY and the PLM then repowered.
