It used to work but now I can't click on any devices without a crash.

This is on a GS3, 4.3

    What other app could have caused this? I have similar problems with my nexus 5 and 7.

    For me, it was the LastPass update that allows it to enter data into other apps. The workaround is to go into LastPass preferences and disable the feature for the app having problems.

    Chrome (Android)

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
