Commands only execute when ISY99i power cycled

I originally thought I had a communications issue except I can get to each device with a manual on/off command. The issue is my automation has stopped however if I power cycle the ISY, the commands are sent and the devices respond to the current state of the scenes. The devices then stay in that state until I power cycle again. Suggestions appreciated.

Run Tools | Diagnostics | Show PLM Links Table followed by Count when display is complete.

It sounds like the PLM lost the link record table. Devices operate individually without links but the ISY is not aware of device changes and Scenes from the ISY/PLM do not work.

If the PLM Links Table is small or empty the File | Restore Modem (PLM) function rebuilds the PLM link database.

OK- finally back in town to try your suggestions. Did the count and got 0. Tried the restore, it ran awhile, then came back with an error that said "Driver not found". So now what?

A 0 count of PLM link records explains the initial symptoms.

The "Driver not found" message was displayed during the Restore Modem (PLM) command?

Displayed as a popup? Can you post the popup display?

There have been a series of PLM problems lately. Since this is a 99i the PLM is likely older. Try another Show PLM Links Table and Count. The PLM may be failing.

Is the PLM the older 2412S that can also power the ISY99i or the 2413S with external power supply for the ISY99i?

I had a 2413S fail in two years three months. Three months after the two year warranty.

The PLM is a 2314S. Only about 6 months old but that certainly does not mean it could not fail. Count is still 0

Thanks for sticking with me on this.
