Hi,

I got Mobilinc up and running and I'm happy with it. I'm missing something though. If I go to

Startup Password

Enter my password for the Automation Controller (ISY994i)

I get an error that says:

The provided password does not match the Automation Controller password.

 

What password is being referenced?

The ISY Portal Tab has nothing in it. Is this normal?

The password is the ISY's password if you are directly connecting to your ISY's IP Address. If you are using MobiLinc Connect, the password is the MobiLinc Connect password.

 

The empty portal tab in the Admin Console is normal.
