5013 v1.1 Door sensor not showing up in device list, every time i try to add the device it gives error

But it never shows in the device list

 

FW v.4.2.2 and 4.1.1 (updated FW to see if that was issue)

How can I removed this bugged device ? Thanks for looking =)

Exit the Admin Console and invoke again. The device Insteon address is already defined to the ISY.

 

Click on My Lighting, click Address column heading to sort by Insteon address.

 

Check the Insteon address label on the Hidden Door Sensor. Make sure 8's are not B's, etc
