    I'm using Eisy in a very large commercial building, with a large IT department. It's not like my home with a modem and router. If I try using just the IP, I get the same message as previously mentioned, that it's unavailable. I can access it using the portal but not by direct IP address. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
