Elk Keypad Beeps for All On/Off

Has anyone imported a bunch of lighting (say 100 or more items) into the Elk system and notice when you turn on or off a large group of lights the Elk keypad beeps? My "All On" for inside lights always make the Elk Keypad beep even though I am using a KPL button as a scene, not from the ISY or Elk Lighting page/rules. Strange. For now I cleared them all out since I use the ISY for my automation/programs not the ELK.
