ISY994i is flakey

I have an ISY994i and the status' of my lights, garage doors are not updating, if I turn a light on, the isy still thinks its off, but I can control the light via the admin console.  Any suggestions?

Firmware is 4.0.5

Run Tools | Diagnostics | Show PLM Links Table.    If it shows 0 links the PLM has lost the link database.   Run File | Restore Modem (PLM)   to rebuild PLM link database if needed.
