Simple program question

I have a simple program to  start two other programs when sump alarm activated.  First one starts, second one doesn't.

 

If

   Elk Zone 'Sump' is violated

Then

    Send notification to 'ATT text' Content 'Elk M1 Alert'

    Enable program 'Sump restored'

    Enable program 'Sump Audio'

 

Sump restored started sump audio did not.  What am I doing wrong?

Need to see the Program that does not start.   "Enable" does not make a Program Run, it allows the Program to be triggered.  Use "Run (If)" or "Run (Then)" to have this Program actually cause the other Program(s) to execute.

LeeG Thanks, you are right. I didn't have a trigger in the program.
