Westfaliaboy Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 Hi Wes - just getting my feet wet with the ISY and mobilinc. I purchased orchestrated Mobil Inc and got it working at home. That was great. However, I was under the impression that it would take care of the ISY part of the equation (ie put the module in ISY and I could remote connect from anywhere) it was my fault as I was hurrying to get it set up. Now I am trying to access remotely but of course no go. On further review, I notice that I have to purchase the remote connect module from universal devices for ISY. InsteonNut Posted February 4, 2017 Share Posted February 4, 2017 Hi Craig, You'll need to use the Admin Console connected to the ISY and go to Help->Purchase Modules. Find and purchase the MobiLinc Portal for $1. Then go to Help->Manage Modules to install. Once the ISY reboots, it will automatically connect to our servers. You can then finish the MobiLinc Connect registration in MobiLinc to connect/sync with your ISY. Wes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
