Set light level on a scene?

I'm not quite sure how to do this properly, as in the Wiki it shows you click the Scene and it will list all devices with a Status column to pick brightness etc, but I don't have that, instead it's a "Current State" column.  I tried making the light 10% on there which it did, but as soon as you turn the scene on or off it just goes back to 100%.  Thanks!

This picture shows area to adjust Scene On Level.

Note that each Controller in the Scene can have a unique set of On Level and Ramp Rate values

Thanks I was highlighting the actual scene and thinking I changed it there, but when I click the controller of the scene and then change the LED bulb to 10% it maintains it.  Thanks!

The Responders of the Scene (when the Scene name is clicked) have a set of On Level and Ramp Rate values.  These values are used when the Scene name is used in a Program or the Scene is turned On with the UI.

Each additional Controller (red node below Scene name) can have a totally different set of Responder On Level and Ramp Rate values that are used when that Controller is used.

Of course Scene name and all the additional Controllers can be set to the same Responder On Level and Ramp Rate values.
