I have an EZ Flora controller that loses all it's links repeatedly. I restore the device to restore all it's links and then after some time, all the links are gone again. I figure most likely the device is defective but I just wanted to check here first before I order a new one to make sure there isn't possibly another cause. I have another ezflora that I haven't had this problem with.

How old is it?

Since it is built on a base PLM with a custom daughter card. The base PLM could be starting to fail. Reports are usually around the two year old mark.

Loosing all links was one of the symptoms of a PLM failing.

Thanks for your help Brian. It's at least 2 years old. So I guess it's time to order a replacement? I am still able to control the device, just not with scenes.
