Buzzhazz Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 So this is weird. Last week, my second PLM in three years failed. That seems to be a very common complaint for this device over on SmartHome--that they last 2-3 years and then fail, but that's another topic. This morning, I received a new PLM, and attempted to restore to it as recommended in a post here, but my ISY is not letting me in. It is acting as though I am entering the wrong password. If I type it's address into my browser, the webpage comes up but when I enter my username and password (100% sure they are correct), nothing happens. When I add /admin to go to the Admin Console and try there, after I hit enter, I get "Authorization Failed." Help please.
Buzzhazz Posted December 5, 2014 Author Posted December 5, 2014 Replying to myself. Somehow, the ISY reset itself to the default username/password and reset a few other configuration items (location/port settings) to default. Weird.
