ISY 994i v4.2.18 can't link to Insteon 5010L EZSrve module.

Hi,

I hope I'm not asking something obvious, since I couldn't find anything on the 5010L in my searches, I thought I would post.

I've had a number of insteon modules over the years, one is the EZSrve 5010L module, which I have written many a perl script for, and is being used to control lights in my house from my computer.

I recently purchased an ISY 994i to replace my failing EZLinc 2412N which has been used to control the same lights via iPhone. I had the EZLinc and EZSrve linked to allow each to know about the other, with respect to light control....

But when I attempt to do the same with the ISY's 2413S and the 5010L using the Link management drop down in the Administrative Console, I always get an error about unsupported device... Here is a trace I did recently.

Hoping someone can help shed some light on what I should be doing to make this work... Is this device something that just simply won't be supported?

The EZServ is not a supported device.

However, the posted trace does not look correct even for an EZServ.
