Staffy Posted October 7, 2008 Share Posted October 7, 2008 I have the ISY99-IR Pro, I have read it automatically updates itself, but after 2 month of waiting, nothing has changed. The only reason I am wanting to upgrade is that if the power goes out, the PLM does not update the time, even after 48 hours. I am hoping the new version fixes. If I try to manually update, it backs up okay, then wants a file... I would prefer to try to get automatic updates working. What am I doing wrong? Link to comment

Firmware newer than yours is still beta, so you will have to download and update manually.
