Waketech Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 Have a switchlinc installed in the basement and it works 100 % with the ISY however manual it either works, is intermittent or does not work at all. Usually once changed via the ISY causes it to work better but only for a short time, any advice ? Link to comment

Brian H Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 How old is the SwitchLinc? The earlier hardware versions had a tact switch issue. The paddle would activate the switch and it would click but it didn't make electrical contact. Symptoms where similar to what you are seeing. Paddle works intermittently or stops completely working. Though a controller had complete control. Smarthome actually gave the SwitchLincs in the possible problem manufacturing date range. A seven yeay warranty. You may want to try a power cycle reset on them. Link to comment
