No communication out of ISY

Hello,

Im having some major communication issues with my system, normally I have no communication issues and nothing has changed with the system or house.  The issues all started last night when my go to bed program ran nothing turned off as it normally does.  I messed around with it for a while restarting the PLM and ISY with no success, after about 30 minutes or so it just all started working again.  My wake up programs ran as expected this morning, but this evening the night time programs did not work.

A little information,

ISY 994i pro

around 50 instion devices of all sorts

PLM shown version 98 in tools>Diag>PLM Status

sticker on PLM shows

The PLM was replaced in March of 2014 at a little over 2 years old do to the normal PLM failure

When I log in to the ISY java console I get lots of failed communication popups once I click through all of those popups I have the red exclimation marks on just about all of my devices.

If I try to control anything from the ISY nothing happens.  Here is the event viewer output of controlling a device from the ISY

Wed 01/21/2015 07:11:34 PM : [ X10] J/Status Request (10)

When I Go to Tools>Diag>Show PLM Links Table > Start

Sometimes no links show up other tims it shows 250 links sometimes it shows 100 links, very random results

I did a PLM restore which acted like it worked but with no changes

So I'm thinking another bad PLM could it be anything else?

Also all of my device controlled scenes work fine

Scenes are written to the devices. Once the scene is created, the ISY is not needed.

Yeah that's another reason why I'm leaning toward a bad PLM

Do you have any X10 devices?

I see an X10 J Status Request in your second log.

There is also a thread on the Insteon Forums with an X10 J Status request was the problem.

An X10 J Status request is all 1 data bits. There could be a noise maker causing what is decoded as an X10 J Status request. I believe the PLM does not send data if it thinks there is a valid message on the power lines.
