Aeon MLS battery levels

Featured Replies

Wes, on my AEON MLS Motion Sensors when the battery level is 0% it shows as OFF, when at 100% shows as ON and in between shows correctly. Obviously confusing the MLS sensors with dimmer switches or modules.

Thanks

Hi Andy,

Thanks, Can you shoot me two screenshots:

- One on The Devices page with row after row of your devices showing the AEON in the middle somewhere.

- One on the details page of the AEON in MobiLinc showing the Battery Level row.

Please send to support@mobilinc.com

Thanks!

I currently don't have a sensor with a 100% or 0% battery capacity (yes, it still works at 0%) in it. I assume you want to see the issue. If not, it's easy to send pictures showing 90% or 87% which is what my two sensors are currently at. Let me know.

Thanks Andy, I'll try to take a look at it on my side. I'm assuming the middle percentages are all displayed correctly. It's just the initial 100% and 0% values get converted to ON and OFF.

Yes, that is correct.

Hi Andy,

FYI: I've found and fixed the issue and will be included in an update I'm submitting to Apple tomorrow. Hopefully for approval next week.
