cam Posted January 31, 2015 Share Posted January 31, 2015 I'm about to build a new home and I'm planning to purchase the ELK M1 Gold and the ISY994iZW controller. I was hoping to install lots of wired motion sensors throughout my house (strategically placed) to handle both burglar intrusion as well as lighting control. If anyone has experience using wired motion sensors to double as occupancy sensors (for turning on lights) I'd love to hear your experiences and what motion sensors you're using... Is there a significant delay between the Elk, ISY controller, and getting the single to a Z-wave or Insteon light switch? Thanks a million!
