Grayson Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Hi, I have two 2450 I/O Linc Garage door controllers. One of them is not working. I get the red exclamation point in the ISY program. The LED light on the 2450 never lights up and the sensor status light just blinks. I have tried the following. - Plugging the I/O Linc into a different circuit using an extension cord - no change - tried unplugging for 30 seconds and then replugging it in - no change - tried a factor reset - didn't work. Could very well be bad caps like the KPLs and PLM's. -Xathros I agree with Xathros if you try two more *hard resets* and then restore the device via the ISY Series Controller. It may need to be replaced with a new one. How old is this unit? If its under 2 years old you can have it replaced from SH and request a RMA and may also choose a cross dock.
