I have to random Z-wave items that show up under my network.  The first one is ZW 004 Multilevel Sensor and the 2nd is ZW 005 Energy Meter.  The zwave devices I have are...

From reading past threads and other forums. The Z-Wave standard indicates a class or type of devices should be supported. I gather some how the ISY has added these aspects by mistake.

 

I would simply remove them and add it back in and all should be well. I have seen this persistent issue with the multi sensor from various people.

I occasionally get a MultiSensor node with the same ZW number as a light switch. I just delete it and re-sync the nodes. No bad side effects.
