One is a switch relay the other is a dimmer.

One other thing to keep in mind the relay version is thicker. The relay version also has a higher power handling capability.

 

Note, the relay version also has a much larger ground wire so this could pose a install issue.

And the relay click, the dimmer doesn't.

Also, not too sure if they have resolved the past issue of buzzing. This noise appears to be present on the relay KPL only so keep that in mind.
