msgrove Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 I'm having a problem purchasing modules for my ISY 994i. When I select Help>Purchase Modules, I'm directed to a web page that says 'No modules installed for this product.' and 'No additional modules available.' I have the latest firmware installed and everything else works just fine. Can anyone provide some guidance on how to fix this? Thanks
