I noticed my lights didn't turn on at dark, I rebooted my is you and the TX light comes on and stays on, and I cannot use my mobile link on my phone. Any ideas?

In the Diagnostics Tab. Tools. PLM Info/Status. Does it show connected or In Safe Mode?

 

You may want to try. Powering down the ISY994i and the PLM. Then power back up the PLM and allow it to initialize. Then power the ISY994i back up.

 

Power cycling the PLM and ISY994i will reset both of them.

 

How old is your 2413S PLM? The 2413S has a reputation of failing. Many times around two years old.

My PLM Info/Status shows safe mode.  In my troubleshooting last night, I already tried powering down both the ISY and PLM to no avail.  My PLM is about 2 years old....go figure.  Ordering a new one.  Is there anything special I have to do to replace my PLM?  I have another one that I can steal to get my house working, just want to know what the process is to make it work on my house.

I have found the procedure for replacing my PLM

OK, I borrowed a PLM and got it working, but now I have one of my I/O links(Garage Door control) with exclamation Marks on it.  I can still control it from my computer, but not in Mobilelinc.  How can I fix this issue?
