Transfer Primary Role from VRUSB-1US

I set up my Z-Wave network with a Leviton VRUSB-1US, including my 3 Yale Z-Wave Door Locks. Everything working great. I then transferred the primary controller role to the ISY (I just got the Z-Wave module for it). The problem is all of the devices in the ISY now show as uninitialized, so I can't operate the door locks. Is there any way to transfer everything from the VRUSB-1US so I don't have to exclude/reinclude the locks? (ie. bring the locks to the ISY or the ISY to the locks - which is a giant PITA)

If they are all showing up as uninitialized, It sounds like you have a communication problem.  Make sure the ISY is using the internal Z-Wave antenna, not the external.

Try

1) Shift the primary back to the VRUSB

2) Exclude ISY from the Z-Wave network

3) Factory reset the Z-Wave dongle

4) Add the ISY to the Z-Wave network again (not controller shift)

You should see all your Z-Wave devices in the ISY and you should be able to control and see their status.  Once its all working, then do the controller shift to ISY.

No luck. When I did the shift back to the VRUSB, the locks were uninitialized as well. I excluded everything, including the ISY. Re-added everything (doing the ISY last), and the locks still show up as uninitalized. My VRUSB and my VRC0P (for my Elk M1) also show up as uninitlaized, and my 3x Smart Switch 6 show up as 3 devices each (Energy Meter, Multi-level Switch, and On-Off Switch).

The only thing that seems to work on the Smart Switch 6's is the voltage reading (On/Off doesn't work, dimmer doesn't work, and power reading doesn't work). I don't really care about the Smart Switch 6's as I just bought them to use as repeaters, but the Yale locks not working with the ISY is really bugging me...

The only reason this would happen is if communications are failing, or if the ISY did not get securely added to the network.

Does the VRUSB-1US support a 'Network Heal' type command?  If so, try running it.  Following that, delete the Z-Wave nodes from the ISY (not exclude, just delete them), and then try doing a Z-Wave synchronize (Z-Wave -> Tools -> Synchronize Nodes -> New & Deleted)

Could you also post the information about the VRUSB-1US (from Admin Console, right+click node, select Z-Wave -> Show Information in Event Viewer -> All)
