Minimote has no neighbors

I added  Minimote, but it has no neighbors, so I'm not able to add any Z-Wave devices to it. Any advice?

    Could this be by design? It is portable, so it's "neighbor" could be totally dynamic, right?

    From what I understand the Minimote is a multi-channel device and currently unsupported.

    Never mind. I just learned that the Minimote supports only normal power inclusion. Battery powered devices, such as locks, are low power inclusion.
