CTBigman Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 I have an ISY-994i and approximately 35 Insteon devices on my system. The switches and programs worked properly until recently, when the program would start but the switches would not change state for that program. These switches also cannot be controlled remotely by computer. They function properly manually. I have replaced the powerlinc modem, updated the ISY, restored all devices and links. Techman Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 The PLM might have lost its links or the connection between the ISY and the PLM is broken.
