Teken Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015 Is this the same as my climate module? Lp I do believe both are the same thing. If you upgraded from a 99 Series Controller to a 994 model. All you need to do is submit a service request following this link:http://www.universal-devices.com/contact-support/ When you login to the Admin Console select Help -> About and take a screen capture of the UUID along with any modules in place. Reference this thread along with the service request and UDI will review and activate the module for you.
