Before I purchase the Resource Manager add-on, I would like to understand its functionality. Will I be able to create new scenes? Create new programs? Edit all of the above?

The Resource Manager plug-in adds in features like auto-off or timer delayed off features to your devices and scenes. It also offers an easy way to associate motion detectors to devices and scenes to turn devices/scenes ON with motion at dusk/night. One other feature of the Resource Manager plug-in is that it offers up to 4 timer slots per device/scene so that you can turn your devices/scenes on/off automatically throughout the day.
