I think you could make an argument for both. It just depends on your needs and I could understand. Personally for me, I have a maid service that comes weekly to clean my home. I dont want them to have a code, key or alarm info. Nor do I want to explain how to use any of it or god forbid they set it off. So they text me or call when they arrive, I hit the unlock program in my Mobilinc dashboard and it disarms the alarm, unlocks the door and turns on the lights. When they are done they text and walk out the door and I reverse the process with another button. Then I know who is entering and exiting my home and I have full control. I was just sharing the link/info in hopes that someone finds it useful.
