November 1, 201510 yr I have 2 moto x phones. Both have the same issue. They won't sync when you click tap to sync. Says check lighting controller settings which are correct. Device status updates are not correct. I can control everything through the app Programs do not show up in the app I can get to the web pages on the phones Firmware and app up to date and theproblem existed before. Tried a new profiles, clearing out the data cache. Tried a new wireless access point to rule out networking Rebooted everything Tried https, http, auto. all the same result. Tried reinstalling the app also. same result. emailed support@mobilinc. They said it was settings. I verified the settings and asked if there were any logs to check what is going on but they stopped responding. so if i wait and keep clicking retry, I get errors but then mysteriously, the devices and scenes populate but the errors never stop and I don't get a full sync. still no programs.
