KYnewbie
I have the basic 994i and just had an alarm added to my house that uses Z-Wave and I would love to merge the 2 together. Would I have to purchase the 994iZw to make this work? Once logged into my 994i, i click on "help, purchase modules" it list the Z-Wave module for $1.00. Is this all I need? Sorry for the basic questions but I am still new to all this. Thanks Alan

That's what I understand at least. http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Ordering/Assembly_Instructions Out of curiosity, what alarm system did you add that has z-wave support? The $1.00 simply activates the module inside of the controller.
