I've installed Mobilinc Pro on my iPhone.  I get a message "Found SmartLinc at IP 192.168.1.xxx:xxxx.   This IP address does not match the one I have for my ISY in the DHCP table of my router.  It prompts me for my user name and password (I assume the credentials for my ISY).  I enter then and it cycles with a message "Please Wait Retrieving Rooms and Scenes" then I get a message "Connection Timeout Error Communicating with the SmartLinc.  Please verify your connection in My Settings."

 

I'm clueless at this point.  

 

 

Use the address found in the admin console Help > About and the same password used for the admin console.

I can't find anywhere to manually add the IP address in the app.

In Mobilinc > My Settings > Lighting Controller Settings

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
