Naptown Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 I bought an inexpensive pin-hole POE camera from amazon that I wanted to test. Currently, I use Mobilinc Pro with some Hikvision IP cameras. I went to add this new camera and can't figure out what type of camera it is. Can anybody help me out with what brand I should select as I don't see 'ELP' in ML in the list when setting up a new camera. Here are the specs from Amazon and the link to the camera: ELP Poe 1mp 720p Network Ip Camera Onvif P2p Camera Mini Pinhole Hidden for Indoor Network Securityhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YNFY1SU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00

Once you have correctly configured the URLs, ML will prompt you to send Wes a note to add it to the ML camera data base.
InsteonNut Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Hi Naptown, Do you know what the camera's RTSP path is? If so, please let me know so I can get it added to MobiLinc for you. Wes

Hi Naptown, Do you know what the camera's RTSP path is? If so, please let me know so I can get it added to MobiLinc for you. Wes Wow, great service. Let me take a look when I get home. Thank you in advance!
Naptown Posted February 14, 2016 Author Posted February 14, 2016 Hi Naptown, Do you know what the camera's RTSP path is? If so, please let me know so I can get it added to MobiLinc for you. Wes Looks like it's 554 rtsp://10.6.3.57 Port is 554 Does that path look correct?
elvisimprsntr Posted February 14, 2016 Posted February 14, 2016 Based on the Amazon link you provided, your model is ELP-IP1891, but looks very similar to the ELP-IP1881. http://www.elpcctv.com/1-megapixel-ip-cameras720p-c-46_50.html?page=1&sort=20a You will need to concatenate the full URL and enter the URL into a custom camera in ML. According to the manufacturer FAQ, all their IP cameras use the same URL. http://www.elpcctv.com/ip-camerawhat-rtsp-address-do-i-use-with-this-camera-p-42.html Example rtsp://admin:eagle3y3@132.206.149.75:554/user=admin&password=eagle3y3&channel=1&stream=0.sdp? Thus I think the example ML custom camera settings would be: Camera Type: Custom IP Camera URL Local http:// admin:eagle3y3@132.206.149.75/user=admin&password=eagle3y3&channel=1&stream=0.sdp? RSTP Port: 554 User Name: admin Password: eagle3y3 If you can't get the manufacturer FAQ URL to work, try the IP1881 URLs from the examples until you find one that works. http://www.ispyconnect.com/man.aspx?n=elp
Naptown Posted February 14, 2016 Author Posted February 14, 2016 OK, here is the rstp info I found in the included instructions. I PM'ed this to Wes. I stuck. I've tried making a lot of changes including :554 or not, using '_' instead of '&', etc... Any help is appreciated!

Have you logged in to the unit and set the admin password and created separate user/password credentials? Use the "&" as directed.
InsteonNut Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Hi Naptown (and thanks elvisimprsntr for the link), I used the link elvisimprsntr posted and updated the MobiLinc camera database with the following: Created an ELP camera type with the following RTSP Profiles: Profile 1 matches this format: rtsp://admin:eagle3y3@132.206.149.75:554/user=admin&password=eagle3y3&channel=1&stream=0.sdp? Profile 2 matches this format: rtsp://admin:eagle3y3@132.206.149.75:554/user=admin&password=eagle3y3&channel=1&stream=1.sdp? Profile 3 matches this format: rtsp://admin:eagle3y3@132.206.149.75:554/11 Profile 4 matches this format: rtsp://admin:eagle3y3@132.206.149.75:554/12 To get the latest updates, open MobiLinc and go to your camera settings. Select "Camera Type". Tap "Refresh" in the upper right corner. Select "ELP" from the list. Go back to your camera settings and enter in the RTSP port, username/password and the camera's IP address. Tap "Next" to go to the RTSP setup page. Profile 1 is the likely profile that will work with your camera. Wes
