February 22, 20169 yr I have bought another ip camera to tinker with. This is an ebay-special, direct from China. Unfortunately, there is so little information that I don't know where to start with setting it up. I have logged into the camera and changed the IP and password. In ML Pro, I don't know what 'Camera Type' to use. Has anyone purchased one of these and got it configured with ML Pro camera add on? There are so many Camera Types in ML Pro, but non of them look familiar to this generic camera. Figured I should ask here. Please help! The ebay ad: http://www.ebay.com/itm/161765292492?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT There was a small cd-rom included and I'll look for the RTSP path.
February 22, 20169 yr Author Found seetong.com in the 121 page manual that was on the cd-rom. I'm gonna start here: https://www.ispyconnect.com/man.aspx?n=Seetong I've struggled in the past entering rtsp paths manually and it seems I'm having the same luck. Edited February 23, 20169 yr by Naptown
February 24, 20169 yr Author I looked at the user manual and searched 'RTSP' and only found this info (attached image). Seems to me this is for connecting via the included software (which I don't want to do). Is this any help on the rtsp path? Anyone familiar with 'RTSP Permission check'? The software has a checkbox for this. I've tried numerous attempts at the custom rtsp path without any luck.
