TheWabit Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 Had to factory reset KPL 2486D. I reset it into an 8 button. When I add it to the ISY, I still only get 5 nodes. I selected 8 button in the drop down. Any ideas?

stusviews Posted March 11, 2016 Posted March 11, 2016 The KPL will still be reported as a 5-button KPL, but should have 8 nodes. When you reset the KPL, did you have 8 individual button LED (e.g., the top two and bottom two behaved individually)? Which drop down menu allowed you to select 8-button?
