Location Settings -"Can't update ISY state variable"

Using Mobilinc through ISY portal for a while with no issues. Noticed that a geofence variable wasn't updating when my iPhone was in range. I can connect using Mobilinc, sync successfully, and control ISY. In location settings when I set the "Update ISY State Variable" tab to yes it times out with the message "Could not communicate with ISY. Please try again". This is happening on my iPhone and on iPad.

Tried rebooting everything and removing and adding geofence location. Using 4.4.5 firmware and ui.

Changed settings in Mobilinc back from using portal to my old way of using a port through my router. It now works as expected. Changed back to using the portal and same problem again.  

Again it worked flawlessly for some time using the portal.....If this is a known issue I couldn't find any documentation in the forums.

Went back and forth from portal again and it now seems to be working correctly. Still need to check if variable will update when boundary crossed.

I was having this same problem as described on v4.4.3/v4.4.3 with Mobilinc Pro on iOS.  Variable wasn't updating so I switched my "at home" geofence variable to Locative.

Can you share the url you used to set the variable? I am having this exact same issue with Mobilinc and the ISY Portal.

Not sure how I missed this but thank you. However is there a way to do this outside of IFTTT/Maker? I was in the past going direct through Mobilinc, which has not been working lately. I was now hoping direct via URL through Locative, did something recently change where we must use the portal with IFTTT?

I switched to Locative as well and have had better performance, though not perfect. Success rate on Mobilinc was about 50%. On Locative it's about 80%. All last week Locative was perfect. Today, it did not recognize when I left my home geofence.
