It looks like a Multi-Channel Z-Wave device which isn't yet supported by ISY (coming very soon though) and also you might check to see whether or not it supports an IR Blaster if that's your intended use.

Specification:

  • Fully compliant to Z-Wave command class
  • Supports up to 6 dedicated Z-Wave-to-IR channels
  • Built-in wide angle IR emitters plus 5 addressable 3.5mm jacks for wired IR device deployment
  • Programmable power level (LOW or HIGH) for each external IR emitter to avoid saturation of IR receivers
  • Power Source: AC/DC Power adaptor 100~240Vac input, 5Vdc output
  • Frequency:

    EU & UK: 868.4MHz;  US/Canada: 908.4MHz;  AU: 921.4MHz

  • Dimension: 139 x 75 x 28.5 mm

Edit:  From the manual pg. 12

Note 2: IR port 1 is a fixed IR output power which is un-configurable and operating in wide angle and long distance coverage.

I don't see that anyone's tried it but could be a good choice?
