Print Screen problems Windows 10

Having problems printing Admin Console - My Lighting on Windows 10 computer. Procedure says press Windows logo button and Prtsc button. Screenshot will appear in Pictures / screenshots. First attempt in Windows 10, was possible in Windows 8. Seems there was a special procedure to follow, which I wrote down and promptly forgot. Where am I going wrong?

On my Win10 notebook I only have to use the PrtSc button but then I paste into Gimp :)

There are apps to do it in one shot.

Jon...

Both <PrtSc> and <Alt><PrtSc> work for me using Window 10. The second command is handy if a program took over the <PrtSc> key.

Another option is to use the windows snipping tool which captures your screen and saves it in a .jpg file
