When the ISY Finder comes up, click "Add" and put in your ISY URL like http:///192.168.x.xxx.

If you only make one entry it will boot up the admin console automatically.

If you have more than one you may have to double click on the desired URL each time.

I have already done it, no result.

I do not understand what is the problem, I do not change the configuration of the Isy, router & suddenly I have this problem.

I also tried to enter in the administration console through universal-devices.com / support, .... no result

My Isy seems to work because my programs run.

What does ISY Finder say?

Just Isy Finder not found

Is this the box you are talking about?

also...

If so, do you have an IP address installed in the list as shown in the screen shot?

Type the ISY address in a browser.  If nothing is found then the address isn't correct.  Check your router for the proper address.  Recommended ISY setting are to use DHCP and reserve the address in router.

I type the address in the browser, I try telnet also... no result.

DHCP is active in router.

I can not see the ISY in the network.

Also check your dhcp logs while rebooting ISY. You should see it request an IP, and the log will tell you the IP to use.

Check the link light on the switch the ISY is connected to. Lit? If not, could be the cable. The lights on ISY will also give clues. After powering on, let us know what the ISY lights are doing.

If you don't see the ISY in the router, then you're looking for the wrong address. It's possible the IP address has changed or the connection is bad. Try a different cable and.or port.

No Light is on except power. I made a ISY factory reset, test with another cables, ...

But I did not reset my router I will try it.

I have also reinstalled java, ...

If you end up with power only light, then ISY has successfully got an IP address from your DHCP server. You just need to find out what it is from your DHCP server logs...

When you do - set up a DCHP reservation in your DHCP server so it dosnt change again!

Your ISY is the 99i?  This device is no longer supported so your bound to run into future issues but I think I'd download the application (.jnlp) rather than use the applet (browser based.) Clear Java Cache First!

Yes, I am quite sure the problem is the ip address but I think when I have reseted the router & the ISY994i, normally the problem will be resolved. If not how can I find the IP to access the Isy admin ?

You'll need the IP address.  One way in Windows is to open the command prompt (Run > cmd) and type in arp - a  and you're looking for a MAC address that starts with 00:21:b9

Here's an instructional video (don't bother deleting certs.)

Another note...

"Early ISY's will have a MAC address which begins with the segments 00:03; these MAC addresses are from NetBurner"

Is ISY behind the router i.e., 224.0.0.x?

Jon...

What I meant to say is.. How is your network setup?
