Basenji Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 I am trying to integrate my Ecobee and ISY. I have the NodeLink installed and running on a Pi. The issue is installing the Node Server in ISY. I downloaded the nodesetup.zip file from the automation shack and tried to import it to ISY under the Network Resources tab but nothing seems to happen. I don't get the menu in the ISY documentation a "Node Severs" tab next to tools and help tab. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
io_guy Posted July 4, 2016 Posted July 4, 2016 It's not under network resources, it's under the Node Servers. I'm assuming you're running 5.0.X? Post screenshots, not really following what you're saying
Basenji Posted July 4, 2016 Author Posted July 4, 2016 That is the issue I don't have a node server tab! I have the ISY portal which includes the Network plug in. No node server tab though.
larryllix Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 NodeLink has nothing to do with Network Resources and requires ISY firmware 5.0.x or better.
Basenji Posted July 5, 2016 Author Posted July 5, 2016 I am running ISY 4.4.6 but the current beta is 4.5.0 on the web site. Where do I get 5.0? This is probably my issue
larryllix Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18711-release-504-alpha-is-now-available/ It is alpha software so don't expect everything perfect yet.
Basenji Posted July 5, 2016 Author Posted July 5, 2016 Thanks, that did the trick for the admin console. I cleared my Java and installed the new applet. Now I can not login to ISY. Did the credential change from admin/admin?
JayC Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 Thanks, that did the trick for the admin console. I cleared my Java and installed the new applet. Now I can not login to ISY. Did the credential change from admin/admin? Known bug with 5.0.x. Please reset your password: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Resetting_Your_ISY
