Problem subscribing to MobiLinc Connect

Don't know what's happening but I've been trying to subscribe to MobiLinc Connect since early this morning and PayPal is bombing out with a temporary error message. I get as far as logging in but Paypal says it temporarily cannot complete the purchase. I had just used the similar method to purchase the ISY module from UDI which went through perfectly.

    3. Adjust your preference.
