Although the referred to instructions indicate that "brighten" and "dim" work only for devices, those commands work for scenes, too. The increment for devices is about 3% with each command; for scenes, each command increments the brightness by about 9%.

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
