I wanted to confirm something before I try and pull the trigger on it.

 

I have the ISY 994 with the Zwave, and use many Keypad LINC to give me status of lights and garage door.  I was wondering if I put Zwave lock on the front door, could I get a Keypad LINC button to show the status of the lock?

    Yes, I do just that. Unless you want the button to also lock the lock, make sure that the button is a responder only.
