If the door bell button has to trigger another doorbell and the I/OLinc. You need a way for it to be triggered by a dry contact connection. If a voltage is applied it easily can be damaged.

Ah, so the issue is leaving the chime and transformer connected... the $3 AC relay gduprey listed seems to be a slightly better value in that case.
