Posted November 6, 20168 yr Hi All, I am trying to add a Z Wave Linear WADWAZ-1 Door Sensor to my ISY994. Unfortunately all I see is the Tamper Alarm and Notify Sensor (battery level) in the list. These work fine but I don't see the alarm or aux contact alarm. I have tried all combinations of excluding and including, letting it sit for a few hours then move the magnet to generate an alarm, etc. No luck. Can any one recommend anything that might fix this or possibly a sensor that works properly with the ISY? I have loaded the latest ISY software and ZWave firmware. Thanks....

November 6, 20168 yr Not sure I answered the question...ISY Firmware: Insteon_UD994_OADR v.4.5.1 (2016-06-15-14:06:00). ...and be sure your UI version matches too. That is a major cause of things working flakey and disappearing.
November 6, 20168 yr Thanks for the feedback everyone, we'll add the new problems you have reported to the list. Hopefully we will be able to recreate them all ... sometimes I wonder if there is some magic bubble around our lab that kills all bugs that we try to bring to test
